These terms and conditions form the basis on which you may order from lcnuk.co.uk and The Edge Nail and Beauty LTD T/A LCN UK. Please read them carefully as they contain important information. 1. Supply of Goods

To order from our site, you must be located on the UK mainland. Orders can only be delivered to UK mainland addresses.

2. Payment

Payments are processed through World Pay and PayPal. No payment details are kept by The Edge Nail and Beauty LTD T/A LCN UK.

3. Risk and Ownership

No title of any goods in an order shall pass to you until we have received payment in full for the entire order and it has been successfully delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

4. Prices

The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out on our website. All Pro prices are exclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information.

5. Availability

In normal circumstances, you will not be able to order products when they are out of stock and will have to wait until they are back in stock. If, for some reason, you have been able to order an item that is not available, we will contact you by email or phone (if you have given us details) to offer you another item, to wait for the item to become available or to cancel your product order and have a refund.

6. Special Orders

There is approximately a 3 week wait for a Special Order items. When the product is expected to be in stock, you will be contacted to let you know when you can expect delivery.

7. Despatching of Orders

Orders received by our warehouse before 12 noon will be despatched same day. Orders received after 12 noon will be despatched next day.

Wherever possible, goods will be despatched by Royal Mail unless otherwise requested. However, nail polishes and some other items are classified as hazardous by the Royal Mail, in which case your order will be sent to you by courier but at no extra cost to you.

All goods despatched require a signature. If no one is in to accept delivery, a neighbour may be asked to accept the delivery and to sign for it. If unable to deliver to your address, a card will be left with instructions. No delivery will be left without a signature. Whenever a courier service is used, delivery may be made at any time between 08.30 and 17.30.

There may be slight delays during busy periods.

8. Handling Charges

Handling charges include processing, packaging and delivery and are subject to VAT.

9. Claims

Goods may only be subject to refund if found defective. Defective goods must be reported to the Company, by telephone, within 2 working days of detection and be returned to the Company, for testing, within 5 working days before any claim may be considered. Goods damaged in transit or not received on the expected delivery day must be reported to the Company by 12 noon on the day following the actual/expected delivery date. Claims must also be confirmed in writing within 5 working days. Claims made outside this time frame cannot be considered.

10. Return of Goods

Any goods ordered in error must be reported to the Company, by telephone, within 2 working days of receipt of delivery. They may only be returned with the agreement of the Company and only if they are in re-saleable condition. If return of goods is agreed to by the Company, the client will be issued with a case number which must be quoted with the shipment. If, upon sight of returned goods, the Company judges them to be in re-saleable condition, your account will be credited with 80% of their value. If no case number is quoted or goods are not judged to be in re-saleable condition, no credit will be given. In this case, goods will only be returned to the client if requested, in which case the applicable handling charge will be charged to your account, regardless of the value of the goods. This is payable with the next order.

11. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right not to process your order if:

i. We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
ii. We do not deliver to your area.
iii. One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If we do not process your order for the above reasons, we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days.

12. Notices

Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our contact address at (insert postal address) and all notices from us to you will be displayed on our website from time to time.

13. Changes to Legal Notices

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

14. Law, Jurisdiction and Language

This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.

15. Invalidity

If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

16. Privacy

You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy.

17. Third Party Rights

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, nor shall it confer any rights on a third party.

18. Other Important Terms

Alternative dispute resolution is a process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it, without you having to go to court. If you are not happy with how we have handled any complaint, you may submit the dispute for online resolution to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform.

19. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to alter any details regarding prices and terms and conditions without prior notice.
